Our PTSA has many positions open for the 2022-23 school year.
We must fill these positions to run these important events/programs for our school.
Academic Support: help with special events and projects of your choosing, such as Game Night, Marathon, etc.
Fundraising Committee: Help plan fundraising events
Enrichment Co-Chair or Committee: Coordinate enrichment classes and activities for our students
Walk/Bike to School Week: Coordinate communication to families/students and treats for this event in the fall
Teacher/Staff Appreciation Committee: Coordinate care and appreciation events for our teachers/staff, especially during the designated May Appreciation Week
Entering Kindergarten and New Families Welcome: Welcome new families entering Lakeview, including First Day of Kindergarten family coffee event.

5th Graders are now Middle Schoolers!
5th graders enjoyed their promotion to middle school ceremony yesterday! What a beautiful time of celebration.
Congratulations 5th graders and families on this milestone. Wow! We are so proud of you and will miss you at Lakeview.
Egg Drop Eggstravaganza
Around 100 students created egg drop engineering contraptions which the Kirkland Fire Department dropped from their 80-foot ladder truck! Students cheered for each and every drop!
Thank you Kirkland Fire Department for serving our community in so many ways!
Epic Fun at Class Parties
All grades had super fun and energetic class parties this week thanks to so many amazing volunteers who made it happen. Thank you to all the party volunteers! Here are some of our first graders at Terrace Park doing games with the parachute!
"Everyone Belongs at Lakeview" Art & Chalk Walk
The Art & Chalk Walk and Social event last week was a sunny evening of community, art, and popsicles. Another warm welcome to those entering new students and families this fall who were able to attend!

Kindergarten First Day of School "Coffee and Kleenex" Meetup
If you're an entering kindergarten family this fall, be on the lookout for details for a parent/grown-up meetup after dropping off your student at school on the first day of kindergarten, Friday, Sept 9th. Kleenex provided!
New Leopard Spiritwear and Gear Coming this Fall
Our new Leopard spritwear will go on sale this fall - get a T-shirt or sweatshirt with our cool new logo and kick-off the year in style! Be on the lookout for information about new Lakeview spritwear coming in September.
