Educational Grants - Update
The Lakeview PTSA is happy to announce that we have already awarded over $2,200 in educational grants to Lakeview staff.
We are thrilled to be able to offer another round of grant funding that will be opening soon. Thus far, funds have been awarded for:
Parenting Class coordinated by Mrs. Chamberlain
Kindergarten in-house Kids Quest "Field Trip"
2nd Grade mentor textbooks to support SEL and Equity lessons
Reader's Theatre books for Mrs. Coberly's classroom
Books for the library
Your generous contributions to our Annual Online Auction Fundraiser last fall, made this possible. We look forward to continuing to be able to support our school community through this program.
Get ready - The Lakeview Book Fair is coming!
Lakeview is excited to host this year's Scholastic Book Fair Tuesday, January 23-Friday, January 26 in the Lakeview Library.
Before the Fair, set up eWallet for worry-free, cash-free purchases. Anyone can contribute! Share each child’s eWallet so friends and family can add funds and give your kids more books to enjoy.
Set up eWallets, browse the selection, and shop the online fair on our website by clicking here. The best part? Every purchase benefits our school.
Stay tuned for more information! Happy Reading!
Volunteering at the book fair is a rewarding and fun way to support our school and students.
Help our librarian, Mrs. Luscher, run the book fair smoothly! One-hour shifts available. Please sign up here to help.
Let's build a Cardboard City!
In February, Lakeview Elementary students will create a community art piece with small boxes and paper tubes.
We need some empty tissue boxes and paper rolls to make it possible. If you have any, please drop them off in the school lobby during January.
