Field Day is about being active, cheering on your classmates, and having fun outside. Each grade will have just under an hour for Field Day to participate in fun team-oriented games and enjoy a snack at the end.

Welcome new Lakeview PTSA Board Members!
Meet your new PTSA Board members for the upcoming school year: Shelby C, Sherry K, Sally Z, Eunju L, Julie C, Fanita T, Alisa S, Saeideh H and Amy H. We are so excited to work with these incredible women - welcome!

Cindy C: As our PTSA membership coordinator, Cindy introduced fantastic ideas and worked tirelessly to maintain a strong and vibrant group of PTSA members. Cindy also lent her creative talents to numerous events - we will miss her mad skillz!
Erin K: One of our Co-Presidents this year, Erin transitioned from a volunteer role to become a cornerstone of our PTSA team, leading and organizing all our PTSA events, programs and more you can imagine. Erin was also essential to the Lakeview ½ Marathon – we couldn’t have done it without her leadership!
Eva C: Serving as our Secretary for the past several years, Eva has been behind numerous amazing events, including Teacher and Staff Appreciation events throughout the year, and being one of the producers for our Lakeview play!
Heidi W: As our Room Parent liaison, Heidi has done an amazing job coordinating with our room parents from all classes and keeping everyone informed and organized. Heidi has also been a huge supporter and active participant in Multicultural Night.
Stephanie C: Stephanie has made a huge impact as one of our Fundraising Co-Chairs, helping organize the online auction, our MOD Pizza fundraiser events, and securing donations from local businesses.
Jill M: As our Vice President, Jill nurtured the sense of community within Lakeview, organizing events to engage new members and connect folks from different classes. We are grateful she will still be helping out with events next year.
3rd Grade Swim
This week, our 3rd graders are heading to Peter Kirk Pool for swim classes, where some kids are taking their first swimming lessons and others are improving their existing skills.
This cherished Lakeview tradition has continued thanks to your generous support. Your contributions to our fundraising campaigns have enabled the Lakeview PTSA to sponsor this valuable program.

Winners of the Outstanding Teacher/Staff Member Awards!
At the Lakeview Volunteer Tea last Thursday, we recognized the outstanding efforts of our Lakeview community members who have excelled this year.
Outstanding Teacher/Staff: Mr. Johnson: A beloved teacher at Lakeview, Mr. Johnson will be retiring at the end of this year after being an educator for the last 46 years. You will be greatly missed!
