Welcome back to school! We are Carol and Mitra, your Lakeview Elementary PTSA Co-Presidents. Together with the PTSA Board members, we are excited to work with you to make the 2024-25 school year amazing!
We have three goals this year:
We will continue building our community, which is growing! This year, we welcome all 2nd-5th grade Quest students increasing our student size to ~600 students and adding 3 new classrooms.
We will continue to provide opportunities for our students to try new things across Art/STEM/Athletics. With the Art Room converting to a classroom, we will need to get creative in finding space for our before/after school enrichment programs and update the Art program :). Stay tuned!
We will engage teachers more to improve our programs and events and support them better.
We have a fun year planned with a community event each month, before/after school enrichment programs signups later in Sept, and a Fun Run fundraiser in October. We’ll kick things off with our Ice Cream Social on Sept 19 at the school’s curriculum night. Check out our calendar of events here.
Your donations help make our events and programs possible. Please consider supporting us donating here, volunteering your time, or both! Volunteers are welcome throughout the year in different ways. Check out opportunities here and come hang out.
