Come check out the hard work from our inventive students and learn about their interesting experiments!

There will be two food trucks on-site, as well as concessions for sale if you need sustenance!

Save the date - Dance Night!

Mark your calendars and get ready to boogie the night away! Our Dance Night will be held on Thursday, April 18th from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the Lakeview Gymnasium.

This year's theme is: Happy Campers!

Math Kangaroo & Math is Cool!

Math Kangaroo took place last Thursday after school. Well doneto the 70 eager mathematicians from grades 1-5 who signed up! Each participant received a Math Kangaroo shirt and a cute kangaroo stuffie to commemorate the event. Results are due back in May.

Last Saturday, 32 of our 3rd and 4th grade students travelled to Liberty High for the Math is Cool competition. Our hardworking students have been preparing with their teams for months - and their efforts paid off: Lakeview, as a newcomer, came 2nd (of 7) in the Phi Division and 7th overall (of 26) in the Seattle region across all divisions. Congratulations to our participants! We will find out soon if we can send a team of 4 to compete in the Masters competition against other top schools in Moses Lake, in May. Congratulations to our students won individual awards: Angela L. placed 4th, Leo W. placed 8th, Feifan G. placed 10th and Viet (Ben) T. placed 15th of 110 participants in the Phi division.

Get set for Lakeview’s Half-Marathon!

The Half-Marathon is a special two-week event where students can run, walk, or even skip laps around the field during recess. The goal is to get kids moving while having fun and fostering a sense of community and school spirit.

COME TO CHEER AND HELP SCAN LAPS!

We need volunteers to scan laps during recess, as well as someone to help the daily event lead with setup/cleanup and logistics.
