We're cruising through Staff Appreciation Week and the last days have been all about spoiling our incredible staff members.
On Monday we stocked the staff lounge with delicious snacks to keep everyone fueled up for the week.
On Tuesday morning, they were treated to coffee and a continental breakfast to start the day with a smile. Big thanks to Starbucks Houghton for donating coffee, and PCC Community Market in Downtown Kirkland for the donation of pastries and fruits.
Today, we're taking the appreciation celebration outside of school with a meet-up at Chainline Caboose. A big shoutout to Cactus on Park Lane Kirkland for their generous donation of a dinner for 4 and Sabrina H for donating a mini photo session for the teacher's raffle.
Thursday they will enjoy a fantastic lunch. We would like to thank Aceituno's in Totem Lake for the donations of a taco box and Sweetgreen in Totem Lake for donating their delicious salads.
Friday is the time for the room parents to give a special gift to the teachers.
A huge thank you goes out to all the parents who donated or purchased gift cards, as well as our dedicated room parents who played a pivotal role in making this week truly special.
A massive shoutout to Eva C, Violet T, and Andrea P for their tireless efforts in organizing this incredible week. Also, a special thanks to Chloe F and Eva C for securing the donations. Your dedication and hard work are truly appreciated!

A massive thank you to all the amazing kids who rocked the Lakeview Half-Marathon these past two weeks!
With a whopping 95% participation rate and tons crossing that finish line, it's clear that they know how to have a blast running with friends.
Huge props to Erin K, Alison K and Annie for being the real MVP organizers of this event and making sure everything was set up and ready to roll each day. Also, thanks to Sabrina H, Rav L and Meli K for the help on the backend. Last but not least, a big shoutout to all the parents who helped out with the necklaces and beads, scanning laps and cheering on our young runners —you all rock!
