Happy December!Thanks to your generosity and support, we have met our fundraising goal for the year! This is a really big deal as this means that our events/programs are financially secure and that we can focus on organizing great experiences for our students and school community.
Looking back, thank you for making our Fall events so fun! It was great to see so many of you at the Ice Cream Social. We were lucky with the weather at Trunk or Treat, where we had so many kids that we were a tad short on candy! We tried a few new things this year. We replaced the Auction with a Fun Run, which students enjoyed more. The Art Walk hosted a live band and a Student Market with nearly 30 student sellers. Even though we lost the Art Room, volunteer art docents have made it work by bringing art to classrooms and teachers have offered their classrooms for Enrichment before/after school classes.
We are so grateful for you, the volunteers, parents, and staff at Lakeview. To show our appreciation, we welcome all members to join our PTSA meeting on January 15th at 7pm,at Chainline-Kirkland Urban and enjoy a free drink. At the meeting, we’ll share updates, vote on a few new programs we’d like to try, and give folks time to connect.

General registration opens up at 8am on Friday December 13th via the PTSA website.

Join the most unlikely Superhero on his adventures to save Megaville in this marvelous musical that's quite simply...SUPER!
This year we are partnering with Studio East to present The Amazing Adventures Of SuperStan!
Parent Information Meeting will be held virtually on Monday, January 13th, at 7pm.
Registration: Opens on Monday, January 13th following the parent info meeting.
Auditions will be held on Monday, January 27th and Tuesday, January 28th, after school. Callbacks will be on Wednesday Jan 29th after school.
Thank you for making A Starry Night at Lakeview a huge success! We heard from several of you how much you enjoyed the event and how fun it was.
The Art Walk showcased musical performances, artists at-work, and hands-on participation from those who attended. There was even the opportunity to bid on one-of-a-kind artwork at the auction!

Thank You for fulfilling Winter Wishes!
Earlier this month, our school counselor, Sondra Chamberlain identified children in our school community who are in need this holiday season.
Thank you Lakeview for helping fulfill their winter wishes and purchasing a gift from our school's Amazon Wish List, specially chosen by the students themselves.
Donations will be accepted until December 15th and all presents will be delivered during the last week of school.

Our Art Directors and Art Docents have been hard at work, facilitating art lessons and watching our students use their imagination, unleash their creativity, and fearlessly create! The kids have told us they are having so much fun with these monthly sessions.
Call for materials: please save any magazines for us! You can bring them to your teacher and they will help us collect these supplies for future art lessons.
