Math Competitions

Math Competitions were a big hit last year and we're bringing them back!

Math competitions are competitive events where participants complete a math test to win prizes. The biggest difference between classwork and math competition questions is the problem-solving process. Competitions questions typically are built on skills that your student already understands, the ability to digest word questions and identify what skills to apply is the differentiator.

Math contests help foster interest in math, hone problem solving skills and encourage students to value intellectual pursuits.

These are the competitions we'll be hosting on site this year:
  • Noetic Math Learning Contest (Fall): Monday, 11/18 (Grades 2 and 4) - Tuesday, 11/19/2024 (Grades 3 and 5)
