Fall is our fundraising season where we aim to raise enough funds to run all our programs for the school year.

On Monday, we wrapped up our September Donation Drive, raising 80% of our goal of 50K. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE! We're hopeful donations coming through corporate/volunteer matches make up the difference.

Next, we have a new fundraiser where the larger community can support Lakeview by sponsoring our students in a Fun Run! Read more below! 

In November, we'll have the Lakeview Art Walk; enjoy student artwork and support the Art Docent program through an auction and market from local artists.

Does your student love to express themselves through art, dance, film, writing, music, or photography?

Now’s their chance to shine in the PTA National Reflections Program! This year’s theme is “Accepting Imperfection…”, and we can’t wait to see how their creativity brings it to life.

Reflections Workshop: Join us after school on Friday, October 4th, from 3:45 - 4:45 PM. PTSA Volunteers are holding a workshop to help students brainstorm, get inspired and receive guidance on their project!  Click here to sign up!

This Friday, our students will have an assembly where they will learn about our Fun Run! Students will be coming home with a lanyard and information on what the Fun Run is all about! This is a wonderful opportunity for students to invite friends, family, and neighbors to support them as they work toward raising money for our school. This event brings our community together for fun while supporting important programs at Lakeview. Proceeds go directly to the PTSA General Fund, which provides resources like school supplies, field trips, teacher stipends, and programs that ensure Lakeview remains an inclusive and equitable school, such as Pantry Packs, Enrichment Scholarships, and much more!

The Noetic Learning Math Contest is a semi-annual problem-solving contest for elementary students.

The Fall Noetic Math Contest will take place over two days at Lakeview:

• Grades 2 & 4: Monday, Nov. 18, 4:00 - 4:45pm
• Grades 3 & 5: Tuesday, Nov. 19, 4:00 - 4:45pm

PTSA Members get priority registration starting on Friday, Oct. 4th at noon! General registration opens on Tuesday, Oct. 8th at noon.

Join us next Tuesday, October 8th for our first PTSA General Meeting of the school year! The meeting will start at 7pm and will be held at the Lakeview Elementary Library.

Get ready for one of Lakeview's most beloved events: Trunk or Treat will be on Wednesday, October 30^th from 6-8pm! This rain-or-shine event will be spooktacularly fun! 

After trick-or-treating enjoy the Glow in the Dark Playground, Lakeview Leopard Concessions and Coffee Stand with fantastic fall drinks and sweet treats for kids and adults!

Help us bring this event to life! You can:

1. Donate 1-2 bags of nut-free Halloween candy to “Great Pumpkin” located at the school lobby starting Monday, October 21st.

There's still space in our new Hip Hop Dance class! Inspired by Hip- Hop and Pop dance, each session is packed with energetic warm-ups, stretching, and dynamic dance games to keep the fun going. Students will dive into a mix of isolation movements, progressions across the floor, and exciting choreography. They'll have the opportunity to express themselves creatively while collaborating with others and learning to work as a team! Taught by Shay Levine, the WNBA Seattle Storm Dance Troupe Director and former dancer performing on stage with Gwen Stefani and appearing in multiple famous artists music videos.
