Parent chaperones make our classes successful by helping with attendance and helping out our kids. All classes must have a chaperone to run. Volunteer to be a chaperone for the entire season and your child can attend the class for free!

Scratch: Game Development - Coding with Kids
Get ready to learn how to code and express your creativity. We'll be using Scratch, a fun drag-and-drop coding tool which lets you create cool games, animations, and interactive stories. In this course, you will build exciting projects like games where characters jump and run on scrolling platforms, stories where you can navigate through a maze, and even multiplayer games to play with your friends! If you're just starting out, we'll begin by learning the basics of coding games. Returning students will move on to more interesting concepts like using special conditions and making functions that can do different tasks.

French - By Paris Academy Northwest
Come and join us in a bilingual, multicultural education which opens doors and minds to the world. PANW offers language immersion classes for students who wish to get a head-start before high school and have fun while learning a language. The class is taught by an experienced teacher using the curriculum that is carefully designed by language experts in the field. Students are introduced to new vocabulary and their correct pronunciation periodically following a theme.

Sculpt, paint, sketch, draw II - By CreArt Studio.
This season, young artists will be sketching intricate sea creatures, experimenting with watercolors, and crafting mesmerizing Pop Art cubes that play with optical illusions. We'll also venture into the world of comic portraits and create charming heart wreaths. Using chalk and oil pastel techniques, we'll paint vibrant hippie buses and explore the world of charcoal window scenes. To add a tactile element, we'll craft clay fish tacos and collaborate on an engaging group abstract harmony project. Join us for a season brimming with art, imagination, and boundless fun!

Chess Club
What will students learn in Chess Club? We will adjust each Chess Club to the students who attend to make sure all players learn! Beginners will learn chess fundamentals from castling to checkmate. We will learn tactics and checkmate patterns to build confidence finishing a game. We may even learn advanced tournament skills while learning from famous chess games!

Brick Art and Design Lab - By Snapology
Edgar Degas, a famous artist, once said, 'Art is not what you see, but what you make others see'. As your child learns about different types of art and the periods they were created, students will be interpreting what they see and creating their own works of art using LEGO® bricks. Through Snapology’s interactive Art History class, children will learn about Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Van Gogh’s Starry Night, Wright’s Falling Water, and many more! Academic

KinderBots - By Snapology
Children will begin to explore the world of robotics as they build simple models that teach the fundamentals of robotic design. Whether learning about sensors, while building drills and magic wands, or discovering ways that gears and pulleys create movement while building helicopters and robotic dogs. Academic Enrichment, explore robotics and become introduced to computer programming. Pseudo Coding sensor input, mechanics. Practice critical thinking skills through challenges. Problem solving.

Mini Musical - By Studio East
Put on a mini musical in this energetic drama class where we’ll learn singing, acting, and dancing skills! Then, we’ll choose a mini-musical to rehearse and prepare for a presentation on the final day of class. Past favorite mini musicals have included 101 Dalmatians, Aristocats, and Lion King.

Fantastic Forces: The Science of Everyday Life - By Mad Science Fun
In this program, kids explore a variety of introductory topics in engineering, physics, and chemistry as they learn how science can be applied in everyday life. They learn about concepts like bridge construction, the forces of flight, how air pressure can be used to move things, and more!

Green Wand Course - By Seattle Magic Academy - CLASS FULL (Waitlisted)
Join the award-winning Seattle Magic Academy as we present orange wand magic classes with new activities (the 4 different wand courses offered can be taken in any order, and all the magic in each course is different). Rule number one for the classes is "Have Fun!" In addition to learning amazing magic, we also emphasize life skills that will help your children improve their communication skills and self-confidence!

Build to Solve Intro Program - By Steamoji - CLASS FULL (Waitlisted)
With Steamoji’s 9-week Build to Solve™ Intro program, students are exposed to foundational subjects in fabrication, physical computing, engineering and digital arts using latest technologies and hands-on projects that involves 3D Pen Design, Laser Cutting & 3D Printing, Kickstart your child's confidence as they iterate and improve their designs and can take home their final invention.

- Scholarships: Please email our school counselor Sondra Chamberlain to inquire about a scholarship.
- PTSA can sponsor a limited number of need-based scholarships. $5 is added to tuition ($7 for language classes) and is used to help fund scholarships.
