    • Q&A
      • A: (Frazier)Anywhere a tent would go would impact fire safety.  So did not ask for a temporary tent structure.  Could go in the “courtyard”.  We could do a shelter on the Lakeview/Google field.  We can do this and submit for approval (the district)
      • Nice to have something else.  Usually the basketball court provides this shelter, but is currently used for lunch.
      • District approval process is in October to say Yes/No.
      • Contact vendor for rental/purchase/install - re-send link to Andrea/Jennifer.
      • Would like to do something soon
      • We currently communicate view FB, Membership Toolkit, newsletter (very soon), anything else?
      • PTSA does not have parent emails.  Everything has to be sent to Heather in order to be sent to the whole school.
      • My intent is to keep the outdoor option as long as we can. Outdoor eating is considered low risk.
      • Q: Shelter for wind and rain?
      • Q: PTSA Communication?
      • Q: Do we anticipate indoor/outdoor for the rest of the school?
  • NEXT MEETING - March 8 at 6:30pm
    • FEB 15 - PTSA Board Meeting
  • 7:31PM MEETING ADJOURNED
