Game Night: Game night will take place on Thursday, January 23rd! We need your help to make this a fun and memorable event. Do you work in a STEM field? Sign up to share about your career!  See all the volunteer opportunities here!

 

Book Fair: The book fair will take place from January 28th to 31st. It takes many volunteers to run this. There are 1 and 2 hour slots usually between 8 am and 5 pm. Mark your calendars and see if you can spare an hour or two (or more!) during winter conferences to help out with the book fair. Click here to sign up!

 

Multicultural Night: We are in need of a school liaison for this event. If you can fulfill this need to help this event happen, please email volunteers@lakeviewptsa.org 

 

Pantry Packs (One-time or Ongoing)

Provide weekend food packs for food-insecure families at Lakeview. Volunteers are needed to pick up food and distribute food to Lakeview classrooms.  Contact: volunteers@lakeviewptsa.org

 

Lunch and Recess Volunteering (One-time or Ongoing)

Supervise at your child's lunch hour and recess. It's an insightful peek into the Lakeview lunch hour experience! Look out for the twice monthly ParentSquare messages from Mr. Hennings.

 

Kids are waiting - LINKS Lunch Buddy Mentors Needed at Lakeview Elementary!
Do you have one hour a week you can share with a child? Become a LINKS Lunch Buddy mentor! Mentors come during school hours once a week and spend the lunch hour in a pre-assigned area to eat, play games, make crafts, talk, go to recess, and do other agreed-upon activities. Help us provide social-emotional support to elementary students who need a little extra one-on-one attention. Please share with your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers.
